How do I shop your online store?

You can navigate our store by product category, or search using the search field in the upper right of the page.

How do I place an order?

When you find a product you want to buy simply select your desired variant (i.e. color, size etc.) if applicable, and click “add to cart”. If you wish to keep shopping to add other items to your order you can always access your cart via the cart icon on the upper right hand side of the screen. If you’re ready to complete your purchase, simply click check out and then follow the prompts to enter your billing and mailing information. If you have a discount code you can enter it at this time as well in the field marked “Gift card or discount code”.

Can I save my card details?

Yes, you can log in to your account at any time to change or update your credit card information. Simply log into your online profile here. Under “Account Details” on the righthand side, select “manage subscription”. On the next page select “Billing Information” and you will see an array of fields where you can update your payment info. How do you determine which products are featured in your store?

Every item we feature in our online store has been selected through our robust, four step curation process (including how your feedback and reviews can help us improve our offering) learn more here.

How often do you get new merchandise?

Every quarter we re-evaluate our inventory mix to ensure that it is reflective of the newest and best quality product on the market. How do gift cards for the online store work?

For that extra-choosy friend, we’ve got you covered with our signature Unbound Gift Cards! Choose from gift cards for our quarterly erotic subscription or for our online store:

    • Virtual Gift Cards

In the drop down menus above, simply""Virtual Gift Card"" and the desired gift (options include $25, $50, $69, $100, or $250). Add the card to your cart and proceed to checkout. After you purchase a gift card, you will be emailed a link. Simply send that link to the lucky gift recipient and when they click it they will be taken to a page featuring their digital gift card with your greeting and a unique code. They simply need to enter the code at checkout in the field marked “Gift card or discount code” on the right-hand side of the screen) whenever they shop at Unbound.

    • Physical Gift Cards

If you want something to hold on you can also get an old school gift card for that special someone. In the drop down menus above, simply ""Physical Gift Card"" and the desired amount above ($25, $50, $69, $100, or $250). Just add the card to your cart, proceed to checkout and we’ll take care of the rest!


How do I redeem a Gilt or Groupon code?

When you purchase a deal through one of our affiliates they will send you a unique code. For credits applicable to our online store simply shop as you normally would and then enter the discount code at checkout to have the credit applied.

How can I create or share a wishlist?

Wishlists are an easy and fun way to track everything that catches your eye. Simply click the heart below the "Add to Cart" button on any product page to add an item to your wishlist. You can access and edit your wishlist at any time by clicking the red "WISHLIST" tab with a heart on the right side of the page!

How do I use my account?

Your Unbound account helps us know basic information about you in order to make more informed product recommendations for you and much more. To edit your account simply log into your online profile here: where you can update your sizing information, details about who uses the contents of your subscription and more. In 2017, we will be inviting you to (securely) share even more information about yourself to help us further refine product recommendations just for you- stay tuned!

How to add product reviews?

How did Unbound get started?

Unbound was started by a group of New York City gals who wanted to make sex better for women. Intimidated and overwhelmed by the in-store shopping experience, they thought a discreet subscription box would be the perfect solution for getting women and couples the erotic goods they craved. What started as a part time hobby amongst friends quickly grew into a booming business all over the United States. And they adamantly believe that the world could use more Unbound women.
