How to Use It

Getting started

To get started, wash the vibrator with warm water and soap. Dry thoroughly using a towel. The battery should be fully charged but it’s not a bad idea to get a full charge prior to first use. 

Turning Zip On

To turn Zip on, hold down the vibe’s UN power button for 2 seconds and the vibe will begin to vibrate on its lowest intensity mode. 

Changing the Intensity

Click the UN button to cycle through Zip’s three vibration settings. 

Turning Zip Off

While we’re here, you’ll turn Zip off the same way; simply hold down the UN button on the vibe for 2 seconds. 

Charging Zip 

Connect the magnetic universal USB charger to the charging nodes on the side of the vibrator. You’ll feel a bit of a click when the universal charger connects.  

The light indicator in the UN button should blink as Zip is charging and turn solid when charging is complete. It takes about 90 minutes to charge Zip. Zip can run for up to 1 hour on a full charge depending on use. Please only use UL Certified USB Power Adapter with maximum 5V output.

Keeping Zip Clean

We recommend washing your Zip before and after use with soap and warm water. Zip should not be boiled due to its motor component. Store Zip in a cool, dry place like a nightstand or a breadbox. Jk...unless?

A: Intensity 1 is lighter and slightly more buzzy. Once you move to intensity 2 and 3, there’s more of a rumble. If you're looking for something more rumbly, we recommend Squish or Ollie.

A: One of the things we love the most about this new Zip is that it’s a much more powerful experience than the original Zip. Especially on Intensity Level 3, Zip is small but mighty.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken packaging seal.

As a small business, we appreciate you prioritizing the safety of our team given the intimate nature of our products.

For unused, unopened merchandise we offer a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of purchase. 

Refunds are provided once the item has been received by our warehouse and confirmed as unopened. Please allow at least 14 business days for returns to be received and processed. To return your unused item, please email hello@unboundbabes.com and we'll help you with the return process.
