When can I expect my order?
Most orders submitted by 2 PM EST will ship out on the same day; otherwise, your order should ship on the next business day! Currently, US standard shipping can take 2-8 business days, and international shipping can take up to 14 business days. If you need your order sooner, we recommend expedited shipping. Please note that due to delays in shipping and receiving due to COVID-19, you may experience significant delays in the processing or shipping of your order.
How can I get free shipping?
If you spend $69 or more, you automatically qualify for free US ground shipping. No code is necessary to redeem this offer. Free ground shipping is currently only available for US customers, but we are working on extending the fun for our overseas friends in the future!
Do you offer express/overnight shipping?
We offer expedited shipping for all of our customers! Expedited shipping within the United States costs a flat fee of $25 and takes approximately 1-2 business days to arrive from the ship date. International customers may select DHL Express at checkout for expedited shipping, which takes approximately 2-4 business days for delivery from the ship date. Please note that due to delays in shipping and receiving due to COVID-19, you may still experience significant delays with the processing or shipping of your order, even within an expedited method.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship to PO boxes at this time.
How does my order come packed?
Your order will arrive in discreet, plain brown packaging from “Shipping Department” with no indication of what’s inside. Smaller packages may also arrive in discreet, plain bubble envelopes. For international packages, the description on your customs slip will say "Massage Kit.”
I need to change the address on my order - what do I do?
We want to make sure you receive your goodies! If you realize the issue before you’ve received a tracking number or shipping notification, email email@example.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to intercept and redirect your order.
Can I ship a gift to someone?
Absolutely! You can gift anything in our online store. Simply enter your giftee’s address during checkout and we’ll make sure the package arrives at their door. Our invoices do not include pricing so the lucky recipient will never know what you spent.
P.s. If you don’t know your giftee’s address, our digital gift cards also make a great option!
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Should you wish to return an item to us, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days of purchase. For unused, unopened merchandise we offer store credit for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping. Please note that due to delays in shipping and receiving due to COVID-19, we will be extending our return policy to 120 days until further notice.

What if the product I ordered is defective?
If an item is not functioning properly or arrived broken, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot the problem with you or provide a replacement. All motorized products are covered under a one year warranty, from date of purchase.
What if the product I ordered isn’t defective, but I’m less than satisfied?
Though we try to help our customers find products they’ll love, sometimes things just aren’t a perfect fit. If you try a product and it doesn’t exactly blow your hair back, contact us at email@example.com. We’ll issue you a partial store credit upon completion of a brief shopping experience survey.
What if the product that I ordered doesn’t fit?
While we are not able to exchange items directly, you can return your item for store credit to purchase a more suitable size. This does not apply for Palma, our wearable vibrator, due to the sensitive nature of the product. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re having an issue with the fit of your Palma.
I haven't been e-mailed a tracking number, what should I do?
It can take up to two business days for us to process and ship your order. If you placed your order more than two business days ago and have yet to receive a shipment notification and tracking number please contact us at email@example.com.
My tracking number isn't working, what should I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
I’ve entered my email address, billing address, or shipping address incorrectly and cannot access my account!

I placed an order for an item that is pre-order, how will I know when it ships?
All pre-order items have an estimated ship date listed at the top of the product page on our site. In the event of (rare) unexpected vendor delays that may push these estimates up, we aim to notify our customers as soon as possible.
I recently placed an order for a product in your store. How can I track when it will arrive?
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, upon which you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org containing the tracking number for your package and a link to the tracking portal for your package, where you can see details on the status of your shipment. Please allow some time from the receipt of your tracking number email for the status of the shipment to correctly display.
Where is the Unbound Quarterly Subscription?
As of February 2020, Unbound will no longer be offering a subscription service! For our former subscribers, thank you so much, and to anyone looking for something similar, we still sell nifty sets at awesome prices!
Can I save my card details?
Yes! Although your card details are not saved on our website, you can opt into “Quick checkout” with Shopify Pay. If you make an account when placing an order, you will be asked if you’d like to have your information saved securely. If you choose this option, for any subsequent orders, a pop-up will appear prompting you to enter a code that is sent directly to the number you’ve entered in your contact information. If you’d like to change your payment info at any time, you will still have the option to do so on the payment method page. If you are having any issues, please feel free to reach out to us with questions at email@example.com.
My discount code is not working properly! What can I do?
First, check your cart to make sure it meets the requirements for the discount. Also, make sure that the code has been entered correctly at checkout. Unbound discount codes do not apply automatically to your cart. If you have any questions about code requirements, or if the code is still not applying correctly, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll get you sorted! Please note that our website can only process one discount code per order.

The official Unbound store is all online, but if you are in New York City, please email us at email@example.com to make an appointment to come shop in person at our office! All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. We require an appointment for entry.
How do gift cards for the online store work?
For the gift that keeps on giving, we have Unbound Gift Cards!
Add the “Gift Card” to your cart after selecting your gift amount (options include $25, $50, $69, $100, and $250). After you purchase the gift card, you will be emailed a link to send to the lucky recipient! The link will take them to a page featuring their digital gift card, with your greeting and a unique code. They simply need to enter their code at checkout, in the field marked “Gift card or discount code,” whenever they shop through our online store.
What is QuadPay and how does it work?
QuadPay is an installment payment plan that you can apply to any e-commerce order of $50 USD or more. Your payments are split into 4 interest-free payments, and your order will ship out within one to two business days of when it was first placed. What is Area 69?
Area 69 is a community-based rewards program where the galactic babes of the universe can gather in the name of exploration and expression of sexuality.
How do I sign up for Area 69?
If you’ve created a profile on the site, then you’re already in our orbit, bb! If not, you can jump right to the signup page here, and you’ll be on your way. Once you’re logged in, click on the Area 69 tab from your profile page to dive in!
How do I refer my friends?
Spread the love by sharing your code, available through your profile once you’ve signed on for Area 69. You can also access your code through the “Get $10” section on the sidebar. You can send your code via email or text. Using your code, your friend will get $10 off their first order (must be $50 or more)! Once their order is processed, you’ll receive a code for $10 off a future purchase, sent directly to your email. Now that’s cosmic love!
How do I earn and redeem points?
As a Sexplorer, you earn one point for every U.S. dollar you spend on the site or in-person/at events! As an AmbASSador, you receive 1.5 points per dollar and as a Cummander, you receive 2 points per dollar. Just make sure you are signed in with the email address linked to your account before checking out. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your point balance in your profile. Check out this page for more options on how to earn points! You can redeem your points for sweet merch in the astronomical Merch Shop on the Area 69 section of your profile, or by hitting the drop-down menu in your cart when you’re checking out.
Can I redeem rewards outside of an order?
Sometimes the celestial sphere calls your name--feel free to answer! You can redeem your points for rewards items at any time, but if you plan on purchasing merch on its own, you will still need to pay for shipping and handling.
How do I redeem my free shipping rewards?
For our well-traveled galactic babes, there are shipping rewards based on your tier! Ambassadors are eligible for free standard shipping on every order, and Cummanders are eligible for free expedited shipping on every order. Your reward will automatically be available at checkout. How do I know what tier I’m in?
You’ll see your current tier displayed in your Area 69 profile. You start off as a Sexplorer, and can level up through some stellar point acquisition! To achieve AmbASSador status, acquire 500 points in a calendar year, and to achieve Cummander status, acquire 700 points in a calendar year. The sky’s the limit!
Does my tier expire?
Once you move into a new tier, you will remain in that tier for the next 365 days following your status update. Once the 365 day period has passed, you will be placed in the tier equal to the amount of points you accrued in the past year.
Where can I find my points balance?
You can see your points balance in your Area 69 profile--just log in, bb!
Do my points expire?
Nope! The universe is infinite, and so is the lifespan of your points!
When do I get my points?
Don’t worry, bb, your points aren’t lost in space! Your points should hit your account as soon as your purchase has been confirmed. If you’ve received your order confirmation email, and still don’t see your amount adjusted, shoot us an email at email@example.com.
What about points for my older orders?
Sorry, bb! We’re unable to retroactively award points for previous transactions.
Can I transfer my points from one account to another?
Unfortunately, interplanetary communication is limited, and we cannot transfer points between accounts.
What happens to my points if part of my order or my entire order is returned?
If you return an order, the points associated with that transaction will automatically be deducted from your account.
Can I return rewards items?
Unfortunately, once your transmission has been sent, there’s no turning back. If you’ve received a defective item or if it does not fit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll help you exchange your item.
Is there a birthday reward?
Of course! We love to celebrate any orbit around the sun! Make sure you’ve entered your birth date in your profile, and you’ll be awarded 50 points on your day. Birthday points are only awarded in the same calendar year if you enter your birth date on your profile before it passes.
What can I do on my profile?
Your profile is meant to take you to another galaxy where sex, pleasure, and curiosity are all rewarded. You can tag your profile with topics that interest you and we’ll recommend the right products and send you articles on the subject.
