Everywhere! The following shipping rates for the subscription apply: United States: calculated by weight, on average $5-10, Canada: $20, United Kingdom: $25, Everywhere else: $45.
When can I expect my order?
At this time, we offer standard UPS shipping which can take 2-8 business days if you’re shipping to the US or up to 10 business days if you’re shipping internationally. If you need it sooner we recommend expedited shipping, or write in to email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help!
Do you offer express/overnight shipping?
We offer expedited shipping within the United States for a rate of $20. Expedited shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days to arrive. If you need the package the next day please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship to PO boxes at this time.
How does my order come packed?
Your order will arrive in discreet, plain brown packaging from “Queens City Boxes” with no external allusion to the contents of your order.
Our e-commerce orders are typically wrapped in in tissue paper, with filler added to protect more fragile items in transit. If your item is a gift, we also offer gift wrapping for $6.50.
Our subscription and standalone themed boxes come packed in our signature square boxes with filler, tissue paper and an explanatory card detailing all the contents.
I’m a subscriber who moved. How can I alter my subscription shipping address?
You can easily change your mailing and/or billing address by logging into your online profile. Select “Subscriptions” and “Edit” next to your address. To edit billing details simply select “Billing Information” from the left-hand menu and then “Edit” next to your address or credit card information.
I’m not a subscriber but I need to change the address on my order - what do I do?
We’ll always do our very best to make things right. If you realize the issue before you’ve received a tracking number/shipping notification email email@example.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to intercept and redirect your order. If the package has already shipped, we can either send the mistaken recipient a return label at no additional cost and send out a new shipment once the (unopened) merchandise has been returned.
Can I ship a gift to someone?
Yes! You can gift the Unbound subscription or anything in our online store. When shopping in our online store simply enter your giftee’s address on checkout and we’ll make sure the package arrives at their door. Our invoices do not include pricing so the lucky recipient will never know what you spent. You can also add fabulous feminist gift wrapping from She Paper for just $6.50.
P.s. If you don’t know your giftee’s address our digital gift cards also make a great option!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Simply select the gift wrapping option at checkout before completing your purchase.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If for any reason your order is defective or unsatisfactory in any way we will either replace the item(s) or offer you store credit for the full amount of your purchase.
Do you return in cash or store credit?
For items that defective or broken we will work with the manufacturer to replace the item at no cost to you or offer full refunds. For all other returns we offer store credit less the cost of return shipping. We stand by all of our products, and never charge a restocking fee.
What if the product I ordered is defective?
We try our best to source only the highest quality products but if for some reason your order does not function properly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll ship you a replacement at our expense.
What if the product I ordered isn’t defective, but I’m less than satisfied?
Though we try to help our customers find products they’ll love, sometimes things just aren’t a perfect fit. If you’re less than satisfied with your order contact us at email@example.com and we’ll issue you store credit in the amount of your purchase. If the packaging hasn’t been opened, and you wish to return an item to us we will email you a shipping label.
What if the product that I ordered doesn’t fit?
We try to provide accurate sizing information on all of our lingerie but we understand that every body is different and sometimes different sizes don’t always fit the way we expect. For robes, babydolls, and bras, if you leave the tags on the item we will mail you a return label free of charge and ship you a new item in a better size. In the case of panties, rompers, bodysuits and tights we do not accept returns for sanitary reasons but will still offer to ship you the item in a different size.
I haven't been e-mailed a tracking number, what should I do?
It can take up to 2 business days for us to process and ship your order. If you placed your order more than two business days ago and have yet to receive a shipment notification and tracking number please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My tracking number isn't working, what should I do?

I placed an order for an item that is pre-order, how will I know when it ships?
All pre-order items have an estimated ship date listed at the top of the product page on our site. In the event of (rare) unexpected vendor delays that may push these estimates up we aim to notify our customers as soon as possible.
How can I track when my subscription box will be shipped and arrive?
Your initial subscription box will be shipped within 1 business day of when you subscribe, whereupon you will receive an email from email@example.com containing a UPS tracking number for your package and a link to the tracking portal on UPS.com where you can enter the tracking number and see details on the status of your shipment. Thereafter your subsequent boxes will be shipped on the firsts of the month every three months.
I recently placed an order for a product in your store. How can I track when it will arrive?

Nope! We work with our vendors to ensure we can curate items at the lowest possible price for our subscribers. Our boxes typically have a value of over $100+.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, any time. Simply log into your account and select the pause or cancel option.
How long will my subscription last?
Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you decide to cancel. Please note, our fixed term subscriptions cannot be cancelled while the term is still in progress. If you are looking to pause or cancel your existing quarterly subscription, you can do so in your online profile. If you are looking to subscribe until the end of time, just sit back as your subscription auto renews and we'll keep the good times coming.
Why should I buy more than 1 quarter at a time?
