Your order will arrive in discreet, plain brown packaging from “Fulfillment Center” with no indication of what’s inside. Smaller packages may also arrive in discreet, plain bubble envelopes. For international packages, the description on your customs slip will need to describe the goods inside. Typically, the description will say "Massage Kit" but the description may vary based on shipper or destination country.

Please note that we are not able to guarantee discretion for international orders or orders shipped to APO addresses due to strict carrier regulations. A detailed description of goods on customs documentation is required by USPS.

Yes, we ship almost anywhere, including to the UK & EU! To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.

Please note that we are not able to ship to PO Boxes in the UK & EU.

Generally, it takes 2-3 days for a shipment to leave the warehouse. Currently, US economy shipping can take 5-10 business days, US standard shipping can take 3-6 business days, and international shipping can take up to 3 weeks. If you need your order sooner, we recommend checking out our Amazon shop. Reach out to for further shipping advice or region-specific estimates! 

If you spend $69 or more (after discount codes are applied and before taxes are calculated), you automatically qualify for free US economy shipping. No code is necessary to redeem this offer but please keep in mind if you do use a discount code that your total must equal $69 after code redemption. Free economy shipping is currently only available for US customers, but we are working on extending the fun for our overseas friends in the future!

Our economy shipping method is typically UPS SurePost or DHL Ground, which are less expensive but slightly slower shipping methods. For standard shipping, we use either DHL Small Parcel Expedited or UPS Ground. Please note that your package may be handed to USPS for final delivery.

We offer expedited shipping for our US customers. Expedited shipping within the United States is shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air, and takes approximately 1-2 business days to arrive from the ship date.

Please note that due to delays in shipping caused by global supply chain issues, we are not able to guarantee delivery dates during the holiday season or refund shipping fees in case of delays.

In order to speed up delivery times, we also use handoff carriers for economy and standard shipping. In that case, your package will be picked up by a handoff carrier and tendered to USPS for final delivery. The assigned USPS tracking may not update until the package is handed over and scanned at their facility. This may take a few business days, but allows shipments to leave our warehouse faster.

We are able to ship to PO Boxes within the United States through Economy shipping only.

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not offer split shipments. All items in your order will ship together once the backordered item is restocked. If you are purchasing in stock and backordered items, we recommend making two separate orders to ensure your in stock items arrive sooner.

We want to make sure you receive your goodies! If you realize the issue before you’ve received a tracking number or shipping notification, email as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to intercept and redirect your order.

Absolutely! You can gift anything in our online store. Simply enter your giftee’s address during checkout and we’ll make sure the package arrives at their door. Our invoices do not include pricing so the lucky recipient will never know what you spent.

P.S. If you don’t know your giftee’s address, our digital gift cards also make a great option!

We don’t offer gift wrapping at this time, but you can include a gift note at checkout instead!


We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken packaging seal. As a small business, we appreciate you prioritizing the safety of our team given the intimate nature of our products.

For unused, unopened merchandise we offer a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are provided once the item has been received by our warehouse and confirmed as unopened. Please allow at least 14 business days for returns to be received and processed. To return your unused item, please email and we'll help you with the return process.

If you purchased your item through a retail outlet and not through Unbound's site, feel free to email us and we can help determine if you should contact the original seller for a return.

All pre-order items have an estimated ship date listed at the top of the product page on our site. In the event of (rare) unexpected vendor delays that may push these estimates up, we aim to notify our customers as soon as possible.

In the event of a lost package, we will work with you to replace the items, but do not cover shipping costs. Please reach out to for help with arranging a new shipment.

Yes! Although your card details are not saved on our website, you can opt into “Quick checkout” with Shopify Pay. If you make an account when placing an order, you will be asked if you’d like to have your information saved securely. If you choose this option, for any subsequent orders, a pop-up will appear prompting you to enter a code that is sent directly to the number you’ve entered in your contact information. If you’d like to change your payment info at any time, you will still have the option to do so on the payment method page. If you are using Paypal or Shop as a payment method, you may encounter issues with adding a discount code. If this is the case, we recommend attempting a different payment method.

For other payment methods, check your cart to make sure it meets the minimum order requirements for the discount. Also, make sure that the code has been entered correctly at checkout. Unbound discount codes do not apply automatically to your cart.

You’ll see your current tier displayed in your Area 69 profile. You start off as a Sexplorer, and can level up through some stellar point acquisition! To achieve Ambassador status, acquire 500 points in a calendar year, and to achieve Cummander status, acquire 700 points in a calendar year. The sky’s the limit!

Once you move into a new tier, you will remain in that tier for the next 365 days following your status update. Once the 365 day period has passed, you will be placed in the tier equal to the amount of points you accrued in the past year.

The truth here is that we’re nowhere near as sustainable or eco friendly as we’d like to be. One of the biggest challenges of products like ours is that there really isn’t a great solution for recycling used/old items- skip to the next question below if you’d like to learn more. 

As a team who cares deeply about the positive and negative impact we have on the world, we’re committed to implementing sustainable practices wherever possible. For example, our exterior shipping boxes are made of recycled material and over time, we’ve greatly reduced the amount of plastic in our packaging while still ensuring that items are safely and hygienically packed. We have also decided to remove small storage bags from some of our packaging, in order to make it more sustainable. Last but not least, we don’t split shipments unless specifically requested by customers.

At this time, Unbound doesn’t have its own recycling program. However, because of their lithium-ion batteries, you should not dispose of your vibrator all willy-nilly! We recommend that you reach out to your local electronic recycling center to see if you can arrange a pick-up or drop-off of your item. Some centers will not accept returns of items such as vibrators due to possible biohazards. If you'd like, you can read more about recycling sex toys here.

We believe that hiring is one of the most important processes that we carry out at Unbound and we are constantly refining our hiring methods to be more inclusive, transparent, and respectful of applicants' time. Typically, the hiring process can take up to 2 months. During this time, applicants will meet with multiple members of our team and may be asked to complete a paid assessment based on the role. We do believe in compensating people for their time so this is a paid project. We also believe in pay transparency and publish the starting salary with the job description on our website.

In order to ensure the facilities where our goods are made are clean and safe, we do factory visits so we can perform inspections and build actual relationships with the people who produce our product. While this may have shifted a bit due to changes in travel restrictions during covid, we still have regular video check-ins with our manufacturers.

Affordability is something that’s really important to us and is a core value at Unbound. That said, keeping our price points low should never come at the expense of our ability to fairly compensate our manufacturers, our employees, or the talented freelancers and creatives that we work with.  If you notice a price shift, it is likely because the cost of material, shipping, or warehousing has also shifted and we need to make adjustments in order to continue running our small biz.
