How to Use It

Getting started
Before use, wash Dex with warm water and soap and dry with a towel. Then charge Dex thoroughly before first use.

Turning Dex on
To turn Dex on, hold down the power button for 3 seconds and it will begin to vibrate.

Changing the intensity
Cycle through the 8 programmed settings by clicking the power button. Dex has 4 speed intensities and 4 patterns. After reaching the 4th pattern, it will cycle back to the lowest intensity.

Turning Dex off
Turn Dex off the same way you turned Dex on, simply hold down the power button for 3 seconds.

Charging Dex
Connect the magnetic universal USB charger to the charging nodes on the back side of the vibrator. The power button will have a pulsing light when the vibe is charging, and the light will remain constant when Dex is fully charged.

Keeping Dex clean
We recommend washing Dex before and after use with soap and warm water. Dex should not be boiled due to it's motor component. Store in a cool dry place.

How does Dex work?
Inside Dex, a powerful motor spins a metal weight to produce a rumbly vibration sensation. The motor, contained in a small capsule, is surrounded by a layer of silicone and attached with a flexible neck. All of Dex’s internals are wrapped in a protective skin made of body safe silicone with a waterproof seal.

Is Dex more rumbly or buzzy?
Overall, Dex’s vibrations are considered more rumbly than the average vibrator. When comparing it to other Unbound products, Dex is less rumbly than Ollie (i.e., a full size wand vibrator), but more rumbly than Bender (i.e., a flexible internal vibrator).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken packaging seal.

As a small business, we appreciate you prioritizing the safety of our team given the intimate nature of our products.

For unused, unopened merchandise we offer a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of purchase.
