Apple Pay notifications:
If you checkout using Apple Pay, push notifications will come from Apple's Wallet app, which automatically pulls order details, including the product image, from the confirmation email.
Due to Apple Wallet's backend design, this will surface the product image on your lock screen notifications. Unfortunately, as the merchant, we don't have control over how Apple formats their push alerts.
Here's how you can disable this feature on your iPhone if you'd prefer not to receive shipping notifications:
1. Open Settings
2. Tap Wallet & Apple Pay
3. Tap Order Tracking
4. Toggle it off
This will stop Apple from surfacing order details on your lock screen entirely. You can also delete the specific order from your Wallet app if it's still showing, but this won't affect your actual order or delivery in any way.
