Should you wish to return an item to us, please reach out to us at hello@unboundbabes.com within 90 days of purchase. For unused, unopened merchandise we offer store credit for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping. Please note that due to delays in shipping and receiving due to COVID-19, we will be extending our return policy to 120 days until further notice.

If an item is not functioning properly or arrived broken, please email hello@unboundbabes.com with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot the problem with you or provide a replacement. All motorized products are covered under a one year warranty, from the date of purchase.
