How to Use It

Bit is easy to use -- the silicone 'bit' is meant to be placed horizontally across the open mouth so that it can be bitten down into, so as to partially obstruct speech. You can fasten Bit in place using the velvety ribbon ties. Clean with warm water and soap before and after use. The ribbon can be removed for a more thorough cleaning. For the best & safest time, decide on a non-verbal safe word, relax your jaw muscles and be sure not to tie the ribbons too tightly around the head. Have a pair of medical scissors nearby during use if necessary. Make sure the wearer can still breathe easily through their nostrils. Do not wear for an extended period of time. For first-timers, cap it at 10 minutes. Finally, there might be drool. It's a totally normal thing to happen with a gag piece! Embrace the drama of it and don't be embarrassed! We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken packaging seal.

As a small business, we appreciate you prioritizing the safety of our team given the intimate nature of our products.

For unused, unopened merchandise we offer a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of purchase. 

Refunds are provided once the item has been received by our warehouse and confirmed as unopened. Please allow at least 14 business days for returns to be received and processed. To return your unused item, please email hello@unboundbabes.com and we'll help you with the return process.
