HOW BIG IS PUFF?

Puff is 3 inches long and 2.5 inches deep at its widest spot. (Essentially the size of a soap bar).

WHAT IS THE DIAMETER OF PUFF'S SUCTION HOLE?

Puff's opening is 0.5 inches wide (edge to edge) and just short of 0.4 inches deep (So a tiny bit smaller than a dime).

HOW MANY SPEEDS ARE THERE? ARE THERE PATTERNS AS WELL?

Puff features 5 intensity settings! There are no pattern settings available. When Puff is turned on, it will automatically turn to the lowest intensity setting.

HOW DOES PUFF WORK?

Inside Puff, a motor oscillates a sealed silicone membrane to create a rhythmic sucking sensation, using changing air pressure to create suction. Puff’s soft outer ring rests against your anatomy and targets the suction pressure to a focused, external area.

Puff is optimized for use on the clitoris but can be applied anywhere externally on the body where you’re able to achieve an adequate seal!

HOW POWERFUL IS PUFF?

We tuned Puff’s intensity settings based on feedback from several rounds of user testing and landed on 5 intensity settings, varying from gentle to more intense.

WHAT'S THE BATTERY LIFE ON PUFF?

Puff takes 1.5 hours to reach a full charge and will last for up to 3 hours on a full charge!

SHOULD I USE LUBE WITH PUFF?

This is really a personal preference! Some testers prefer to use Puff sans lube in order to get a more secure seal while others prefer to apply a small amount of lube to help with friction. If you do use lube, we recommend Unbound Jelly or any type of water-based lube.

WHAT DOES PUFF FEEL LIKE?

Everyone pleasures themselves differently so your mileage might vary but based on user feedback, here's what we can say for happy Puff users: a lot of them preferred to use Puff on their back or side with Puff squeezed between their legs or held with one hand. With a traditional vibe- grinding on or mounting the vibe increases pressure/intensity but with a suction vibe, all you really need is to create a seal. It can feel a little different at first and might take a try or two to get the hang of it but the end result is an isolated sucking sensation that increases blood flow and sensitivity.

CAN YOU USE PUFF DURING MISSIONARY OR DURING PENETRATIVE SEX?

So, the majority of our product testers used the product solo but that doesn't mean Puff can't be used with a partner. The most important factor in enjoying a suction vibe is being able to hold the device against your body enough to create a seal. If this angle and pressure can be achieved during missionary (meaning you might need to comfortably hold the device in place between you and your partner), then you might have some success with using Puff during penetration. If this isn't possible or preferable for you, directing your partner on how and where to use the device on your body can be a great way to enjoy partner play with Puff.

HOW DO YOU CLEAN PUFF?

Puff is completely waterproof, so we recommend rinsing it with warm water and mild soap before and after use. Dry it off with a clean towel or let it air dry. Keep in mind though, due to the motor component, Puff cannot be boiled as a cleaning method.

Turn Puff on after cleaning to expel any water that may have gotten trapped in the hole during rinsing.

IS PUFF DIFFICULT TO HOLD?

The entire device is fairly small (it's very close in size to a bar of soap) so holding it is fairly straightforward. Of course, dexterity varies by person but one really nice benefit of suction is that the unit doesn't vibrate in the traditional sense that other vibrators do which can create numbness or irritation in your hands. With a suction vibe, the air pressure is what creates a vibrating sensation when contact is made with your body. Basically, by placing Puff's silicone ring against your body, the vibrating suction sensation is created as air oscillates through the sealed chamber. Science!

WHAT'S THE WARRANTY ON PUFF?

All Unbound products come with a one-year warranty. If your Puff fails during the warranty period, Unbound will repair or replace it free of charge.

DOES PUFF VIBRATE WHILE SUCKING?

HOW LOUD IS PUFF?

Puff is moderately quiet (under 50dB). It may not be whisper soft, especially as you increase intensity, but it’s nowhere near as loud as a wand vibrator. It definitely has a lower pitch than your typical buzzy vibrator (like Bender). It’s also worth noting that Puff’s volume is quieter when it’s being used vs. when you’re just holding it, because suction muffles noise.
