Welcome to your new Zip! Whether this is your first bullet from us, or you're upgrading from our original Zip, this guide is here to help you get acquainted with our new and improved bullet vibe. 

What comes in the box

In the box, you will find the Zip vibrator, Unbound Charging cable, instruction booklet and storage bag.

What’s different about this “new and improved” Zip? 

Unlike the old Zip, which was AAA battery operated and only one speed, our updated version of Zip is rechargeable, waterproof and has three speeds, all of which are pleasantly powerful! Plus, our new Zip comes in two new colorways:   Aqua and Violet. 

How to turn on/off and cycle through speeds

Turn Zip on by long-pressing the power (UN) button at the bottom. Cycle through the three patterns by pressing the UN power button. Turn Zip off by longpressing the same button again. 

How to charge 

You can now charge Zip with Unbound’s Universal Charger! Simply align the magnetic pins on the charger to pins on the side of Zip. Zip will reach a full charge after 90 minutes. A fully charged Zip will last up to one hour on the lowest setting and up to 40 minutes on the highest setting. 

Care instructions

Clean Zip with warm soap and water. Do not boil Zip.
